How to run multiple threads using only one line proxy in .txt file

I am facing issue, when i run 10 threads but only first threads pich ip and others threads said that "All data has been proceed for ip".
kindly help me to apply proxy in every thread and i am using rotating proxy.

Resources - rmc via proxy - simultaneous use --> 999 + Time between uses --> 0
But the proxy will likely be unstable; it’s better to create separate ports for the work.

Or... set the proxy as a string.
