I use action "wait file download" and it works fine on 1 thread but on 5 threads, 4 of threads actually fail.
Is download limited to 1 thread at the same time?

No, this can only be changed when using the web interface.
CEF which is the base for bas worker does not support extensions out of the box like Chromium based browsers.
i believe each one must be tuned to make it work.
