IF Statement For SPECIAL Captha Error?

hey guys i have a problem where I am getting this thread error

it is not that the captcha is failing but it is giving this error

it looks like that because I have css blocked by the way

how do I make an IF statement for this error to load a certain url when this error pops up?

How is it with the blocking of styles.
