cant install flash player

Hello
i have a problem with the flash player , i cant install it
i used the steps on this tuto https://wiki.bablosoft.com/doku.php?id=how_to_enable_flash
but i when i click donwload a message appear say that the fmash player is downloading then nothing change

i think tutorial says to download from regular browser not BAS. once download and installed, you can use this in BAS.

i installed it , and know i get this error : " couldn't load plugin "
