I have the same problem with BAS.. it randomly gives blank page instead of site content..
It has to be something with BAS browser.. because i can do it manually using chrome (no blank pages)
The problem is gone when i restart BAS..
@stephenperry18 First of all you need to get textbox content with "Get Element Text" action.
Then use "If" action to check if it is empty.
You can construct condition yourself like it is shown on following gif:
