a lot of people have issues with telegram-api module
I saw only issues in russian subforum and IM not russian so i translated many threads.
And there was no fix found.

Solution for those who need it: a custom module was created, uninstall it and reinstall it
No it was fine but when i restart my PC and i got this problem. Its solved now. Idk what caused this.
