a lot of people have issues with telegram-api module
I saw only issues in russian subforum and IM not russian so i translated many threads.
And there was no fix found.

check with Log {{proxy}} maybe it's empty

What do you mean?
You don't have enough proxies in the file most likely. Maybe the Run number is set to more than one when there is only 10 proxies. It is hard to say without seeing the script
