@LongDong foreach works with lists, but @UserTrue suggested the option of how to take account strings from resources multiple times in 1 thread.
resource is not a list.

I tried with foreach account foreach proxy but not working, also if proxy fails to connect BAS stops. Trued https://wiki.bablosoft.com/doku.php?id=how_to_change_proxy_if_it_fails and seems BAS change since it's not working to next proxy from list
