Recaptcha v2 not showing

hello there,

recently in stepped in this problem and i couldn't find a solution:
when I load the Spotify registration page inside BAS the reCAPTCHA is missing.
Can anyone please help me?
I tried to apply different fingerprints (chrome, firefox, pc, mac) but the issue is still there.
