Death by Captcha Dont Work With BAS

Hi Everyone I have a couple of problems with death by captcha on Bas. when I run the scrip it give me this error-
"CAPTCHA_FAIL : Failed to connect to api.dbcapi.me port 80: Connection refused"

I try to use my token and username and password but it's the same problem. if anyone has media about this please help me
