Forum Suggestion - Pin Major Updates / Separate Section for Major updates

When major updates happen in BAS, because each release in Bablosoft news is only titled under the version name, it is pretty hard to keep track of this. So maybe if there was a forum section for major / minor releases, or if this could be put into the title, it would be appreciated.
A better idea is that all the updates that have been done for BAS could also be summarized into one post every year so we can compare the changes, such as a yearly changelog, would be pretty cool.

Also maybe if new Russian topics could be automatically translated to English for example this https://community.bablosoft.com/topic/18684/недоступность-сервера is posted in the English forum, there are definitely auto translate plugins out there.
