I think this option would save us so much time during setup scheduling projects.

Yes, I also would like to see this feature. As often it's not clear what file exactly was used in the scheduler, especially if you have a bunch of different versions of the same script.
Pretty sure BAS > multilogin atm, I've never had an issue and never looked back.
@zhedielj As I understand concept of the plugin, it changes headers too.
