What server should I buy to open 300 Browsers?

128GB Ram
1TB SSD

We have servers, but only 100-150 browsers can open the process. I need a server that can handle 300-400 transactions. Which server should I get?
How can I open 400 browser transactions?

Which one should I focus on?
ram? CPU?

I don't know for sure if you can open 300 browsers there, but the servers are very powerful
