How to change proxy?

Hello. I am novice in using the program.
I am using proxy in a txt file. There are about 80 different proxies. In the proxy settings, I choose the option to use each line once. When the bot first starts, it takes proxies from the proxy list. Then he goes to the site I want, becomes a member and confirms the e-mail. At the end of the process, I reset the browser with Reset. The program starts from scratch but continues to use the same proxy ip address again. How can I solve this?
