How to add all countries for a sms provider to a select variable. (I don't know how to explain shortly)

Hi, I saw a post where a guy had all or at least a bunch of countries under a list for a sms provider and I was wondering how I could add all of them easily without typing them out manually. Below is the picture he had sent and the link to the post I found it on. If anyone could help me out that would be amazing :)!

@WolfBeasty I think its easier if you make it as a string, so you write something like "what country code you want to use, RU=RUSSIA, UA=UKRAINE etc. it saves you a lot of time at this point.

And each time remember the Country Code to enter :)

@super84 yes, but I think its okay, everyone who has more then 2iq will get the most country codes by itself, otherwise just google. I think its ever harder to scroll in the select menu.
