I Got aittle problem when iam visit a site and clicks on it.. The Popup will not Popup in a new Windows or tab, It's just goes to about:blank page.
Any chance anyone knows how to fix this?

And dont say the problem is capmonster or recaptcha enterprise, because it is not.

Update : the problem was from one of my resources name, one the charachter use in the name wasn't supported by jQuery.
I have the same problem and need to open popup in other url opened. Have you find any solution?
