Need Help in Script Logic

So, I accessed whoer.net, and the disguise value is: "Your disguise:..%".
I want to try to make a "move to label" if the value of it is below the value of "Your disguise:..%".
Can anyone help with this? What should I put in the script logic?
I tried IF, but it doesn't work.
