No, you can reinstall windows without fear.
BAS provides support for premium via skype or mail, but I messaged via skype more than 3 days ago and they have not responded.
I also emailed, but don't know when to get a reply, it's disappointing.

And what does the mail and this forum have to do with it? The response period of 2 days applies only to premium support for users with an active BASPremium license for contacts specified in the personal account.
