Distinguishing between uppercase and lowercase letters in "STRING_CONTAINS"

I want to check if a text contains a keyword, regardless of whether the letters are uppercase or lowercase. How can I make BAS search for both variations? Adding to that, the keywords I provide may contain words with mixed uppercase and lowercase letters.
