Chrome native translator

Hello

I'm trying to automatically translate visited web pages via Chrome's built-in translator. Unfortunately, I can't do it.
I activated the automatic translation from English to French in the browser settings chrome://settings/languages but it does not work.

Does anyone have the solution ?
