No, for resources created via user interface, as far as I know, there is no such possibility.
You can safely use any loop with 'ignoring errors' inside, if you need to wait for adding elements.

I'm trying to automatically translate visited web pages via Chrome's built-in translator. Unfortunately, I can't do it.
I activated the automatic translation from English to French in the browser settings chrome://settings/languages but it does not work.Does anyone have the solution ?
