Download PDF properly please Help

Hi everyone , I have a problem with Bas, I am simply trying to download a PDF. I think I'm doing things well. I even manage to complete the download everything is ok so far

but when I then want to open the pdf download with a pdf reader (google chrome) it says "Failed to load PDF document"

What i need to do to Download the Pdf properly ?
