Warming up profiles - best practice

I'm wondering about some details regarding warming up profiles and what the recommeded best practices are:

Can the target site we want to work with really "see" all the accumulated cookies and cache data + local storage, indexed db, web sql and so on, respectively what data exactly can they see?

For example we use cheap datacenter proxies for warming up a profile. Doing google searches with pre-defined keyword list over a specific period, and then surfing on the sites from the search results. Because of the datacenter proxies we have to solve captchas regularly during google search.
Later, when we work on our target site with expensive and high quality residential/mobile proxies, can the target site see some "negative signals" from the warming up process, where we used cheap dc proxies, e.g. a google cookie that indicates suspicious IP, activity... and therefore asked for captcha? Also can the target site e.g. see that we have used proxies from another geo location for warming up?

So mainly I wonder what actually can the target site see from the actions we did before.

Dependent on that the logical next question is, how long should a profile be warmed up? If the targest site e.g. can only see from what domains we have cookies, cache... but not when they were set isn't it enough to just open for example a couple of the most visited sites from the geo related to the target site directly before starting to work on it?

Same question, how can I see that a site I use for warming up uses Google analytics without opening every site (manually) and look at the source code?
