Need help for http Request based software.

I am doing a little project myself. I'm still beginner. I want to upload image for profile picture of Tagged.com. But which API works for it? Anyone help me?
I already did other all http based request.

As far as I know, the embedded HTTP client in BAS does not work with tagged.com.
