@spam у три прокси удп ассоциация входит в один интерфейс выходит с другого, поэтому его и банят, т.е не умеет пробивать NAT. А когда он вышел через хот спот, у него все вышло нормально.

Чекер этого есть, но не в паблике.

Я ему и написал не использовать 3proxy. Его создатель зараза даже писал что он его сделал по приколу и он вовсе никакой не прогер.
