It’s been a month that I’ve been fighting, and it seems I won’t get my money back. So I’m warning everyone to be careful and not make any mistakes, because here they are not tolerated!!
A month ago, I was in a hurry and had to renew Fingerprint Switcher, and I didn’t realize I loaded my wallet into Fingerprint Business (and I wonder… why can’t they change the name?)
I wrote to everyone — moderator, Fox, email — and I received a reply from Twaego, who told me that the developers insist it's clearly stated that it's not Fingerprint Switcher but Fingerprint Business, and therefore they won’t issue a refund. But I didn’t ask for a refund — I asked for my money to be transferred, since it was collected by Bablosoft.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? Or do I just have to gift them my $40?

Only one person can do anything with the payment - @support. I gave you his email address in a personal message. There are simply no other ways to solve the problem.

The client wrote to the wrong email, premium support does not make any decisions regarding money transactions in Bablosoft system.
The customer has been given the correct email contacts to resolve financial issues
ou can't make a mistake here because you lose your money, this is the final answer:
a big red sign indicating that the purchased product is not a FingerprintSwitcher.
Even in the dumbest store, if someone makes a mistake when buying, they get a refund — and here not even a replacement. This is a real scam!!
