Timeout during Loadpage/ trouble connecting to websites

I have been having an issue with some scripts I have where they get a lot of "timeout during loadpage" and "Failed to load page" errors, but i only get them after i compile from BAS and run the script outside of it. I don't get these errors when the same script is running in the BAS application, and I don't get the error in every script.

What sites are we talking about?
What fingerprints do you use?
Do you use proxies?
What project compilation settings do you use? -
Some more context: i use fingerprint, proxies, and its on many different sites, it works if i run the scripts through the task scheduler as well, just not when i run them independently.
