I recently purchased the FingerprintSwitcher package via credit card on Bablosoft, but it has not yet been added to my account. The payment was successfully processed, and the money has been deducted from my card.

I bought by mistake FingerprintBusiness instead of FingerprintSwitcher. The balance in FingerprintBusiness ($40) is not used. I don't want it refunded, I'd like to be able to use it for the next FingerprintSwitcher purchase 3 months from now (as I managed to buy FingerprintSwitcher in the end and I now have an active license for it).
