"Failed to run database server on port xxxxx" errors after upgrade to 28.9.3

This happens only after the upgrade to 28.9.3
It happens on multiple machines (all using Windows 2022)
I completely disabled the firewall and I have more than 4 GB free space

Removing mongod.lock doesn't help

The log looks like this:

@GhostZ It's not the case. With Intel, MongoDB needs at least a Sandy Bridge (32 nm) platform. The machines on which these errors appear are dual CPUs Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1230 v2 (Ivy Bridge - 22 nm)

Also, this error appears since updating to 28.9.3. The db was used with the previous versions of BAS without any problems

Error code 0xC000001D indicates a hardware or system problem, specifically the missing instructions to run the latest version of MongoDB. Google "MongoDB 0xC000001D" or "MongoDB Ivy Bridge" to learn more about the problem and find a solution if there is one.

@GhostZ Thank you. Will try to change the servers (they're in cloud)
It's strange though, because if I restore the old database that I used in the previous versions, BAS 28.9.3 actually updates it to the new format and works with it. The error appears only after I restart BAS 28.9.3 (and as a temporaty workaround I always restore the old database and let this version update it and work with it until the next restart of BAS)
