Canvas Fingerprint server down?

[Grassman]

@Roy-Mustang
I also contacted Bablosoft email support mail.to.twaego@gmail.com
The support does not try to help at all and couldn't care less.

I hope we can fix it. Otherwise I need to stop my project.

[Roy Mustang]

@Grassman You may have too many different parameters, and no fingerprint can be found. Create a new action called ‘Get Fingerprint’ and paste your canvas request.

@Roy-Mustang

I will try it, but the 100% same request was working a few days ago. I have tried different Cnavas requests too.

A few days ago I always ended up in the waiting queue, which I could see in the log file. It was no problem I just had to wait. Now nothing happens.

[Roy Mustang]

@Grassman As far as I remember, there is a very long queue for Android tags and phones in general on Canvas. I usually used the Desktop Chrome tag.

[Grassman]

@Roy-Mustang
Yes sure but I can wait for the fingerprint and I need to have Android.
But anyway it is not related to Android. I just created a new project with a new action "Get Fingerprint" and "Microsoft Windows". I only added service key, the Perfect Canvas request and set "PerfectCanvas logs" to true.
Everything else is unchanged.
It seems like it is still not working. No request ID or waiting queue or error or fingerprint. Just nothing happens.

@Roy-Mustang
The same problem appears with the plugin "playwright-with-fingerprints". It is not working in both cases and it was working in both cases a few days earlier.

Are you from the Bablosoft team? Why do they not care?

[Grassman]

@Roy-Mustang
I can see in the Http Sniffer it sends the PerfecCanvas fingerprint every 15 seconds to bablosoft server.
But no response in the logs.

[Grassman]

And even more interesting:
This is the response from the server (I changed my key of course):

Url: https://canvas.bablosoft.com:4443/prepare?version=5&tags=Microsoft Windows%2CChrome&key=XYZ

What is the best way to get support from Bablosoft? I am really angry because they do not care.
I invested a lot of time and money in my project and they do not even try to help.

[FastSpace]

@Grassman юзай кастом сервер, там все работает.

[Grassman]

It started now working again.
I did not receive any helpfull message from Bablosoft. Also not a simple "Please check again it should now work again".
You can see it took about 70 minutes in this example I had running by the time.

@Grassman

Good afternoon, sorry for the late reply, today is Saturday(therefore, you received a late reply, sorry). Is everything working for you now?

I have attached the result below; the fingerprints are taken from the server.

@Grassman
Since what you are asking is forbidden to discuss, I am forced to delete your message.

[Grassman]

Ok thank you for your help. It is working now.

@Grassman I apologize for the delayed response. It was my mistake we genuinely care about our customers.

[hungdaingoc]

I also encountered the same case.

[Grassman]

I can not see any problem on your screenshot.
