I paid $30 today for a fingerprint switcher; the payment was deducted from my card balance, but the fingerprint hasn't been added to my account yet.

Hello,

I purchased the 1-month Fingerprint plan for $30, but the code has not been reflected in my account yet.

I have attached a screenshot showing the payment/purchase details. Could you please check this issue and provide the code or activate it on my account?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
