Cant buy licence

I’m unable to purchase the license. I already tried to make the payment using my credit card, but the transaction failed with the following message:

Is Success: false
Fail Reason: Order status is wrong

Could anyone help me with this? I have already tried the payment twice, and both attempts failed with the same issue.
