CustomPerfectCanvasServer license error - server returns "valid":false

Hello,

I bought a FingerprintSwitcher license key, but when using BAS "Get fingerprint" action, I get this error repeatedly:

"Owner of FingerprintSwitcher key doesn't have CustomPerfectCanvasServer license"

The server returns this JSON:
{"valid":false,"message":"Owner of FingerprintSwitcher key doesn't have CustomPerfectCanvasServer license","trylater":false}

I have already disabled all PerfectCanvas and Custom server options in both "Get fingerprint" and "Apply fingerprint" nodes, but the error persists.

I will send my account details via private message or email to support if needed.

Please help check why my key is requesting CustomPerfectCanvasServer permission. Thank you.

@bauser This is most likely an error that occurred when you enabled the “Connect via CustomServers” option. Try completely deleting the old action and recreating a new one by simply inserting the key
