How to use BAS for filling forms using emails & other details from a text file

I am specifically looking to use your software for filling forms & doing sign-ups, so my question is can it pick email address from a list in a sequential order & use unique data to fill from a text file without repeating the same email or data?

If yes, can you please share the code for that
