    Смотрите если вы тут имели ввиду может ли БАС запустить от себя стрим , именно с программы имеется ввиду например с OBSStudio то не сможет , если только у них какое-то API есть то возможно, тут нужно понимать контекст того что вы написали , если в целом запуск стрима связан только с браузерными действиями то это реально , если нужно что то кликать на приложении на пк то это не реально , за некоторыми исключениями

    There is no functionality in BAS to change this window.

    If your cookies in same format as BAS, you just read it from file to variable and go Network-load cookies-set cookies for browser. If format of your cookies not compatible with BAS, compare and convert all your cookies in right format

    You'll need to check if it has failed by website "Error Captcha Wrong Message" or other.

    If you are looking for a none browser that wasn't solved inside the browser side, you will need to use your own HTTP Get request to report it or crack open the module and look at the code, seeing what variables are needed to report to via browser side from HTTP (Which uses Internal HTTP Client) side of things.
