I didnt find any email, support ticket system, live chat, anything where I could
ask what is happening.

Maybe Im missing something, please post if you know how to get help about my

I finaly did it right, seems that I didnt populate all fields in order form.
So Im enjoing BAS premium features now.

Just paid using the bitcoin option on your website and after 30 minutes I get an error that I've paid $36 instead of $40.
I've paid exactly what I was told.

Expect an answer, support works on weekdays and the answer takes up to two days (maybe they will answer right away, or maybe in a day, more often in a day).

Is premium support worth to buy? I am using BAS only for my private purposes and don't think to sell scripts etc. and what premium makes attractive for me is the premium support but no idea how good and fast is the support...

Response within 2 days seems to too high tho!
