Expect an answer, support works on weekdays and the answer takes up to two days (maybe they will answer right away, or maybe in a day, more often in a day).

Is premium support worth to buy? I am using BAS only for my private purposes and don't think to sell scripts etc. and what premium makes attractive for me is the premium support but no idea how good and fast is the support...
Response within 2 days seems to too high tho!

I've lost my password for my premium BAS login. There's no forgot password feature and I can't find support contact anywhere I tried to make a new login just to get in and look for a support contact form or something but it just gives me Internal Server Error. My account email is daffie2244@gmail.com
