Короче РЕШЕНО. Через регулярные выражения решил этот вопрос. Скачиваю письмо на комп, преобразовываю в список и запускаю регулярное выражение и СЧАСТЬЕ!

Рандомный выбор вопроса, там их 13, число с 0 до 12 (помните же что в BAS отсчет с нуля идет). И через >AT> нажатие.
