I think temporary profiles can't be deleted. Check the folder:
"....\BrowserAutomationStudio\apps\26.7.1\prof"
The reason for this behavior may be that BAS does not have permissions to edit/delete files.
Try to run the program as administrator.
Try restarting the project periodically using the buttons in the interface, but not through forced closing or closing via Task Manager or something similar.
Try moving BAS or the project you are running to a different directory or disk.

I get issue create account in craigslist.com bas not able to crate account I use 1. Mobile dedicated proxy . 2 . pro browser fingerprint service. Also getting issue massage from craigslist we are sorry not able to create account at this time . But where system browser not a issue making account. I need your help to solve this . Also making yahoo have a issue with bas few account creation done then yahoo dettect browser or system even I use fingerprint service. And not able to create account . I think this is browser engine issue some site dettect bas engine even changed browser fingerprint.

The bas browser is outdated, wait for updates
