Please please help me parsing data from a file

I am looking to create simple bot for article submission to wordpress, But the issue is all content is in a csv file. like article, article content, link

I tried to parse link but only one line of article is parsed how can I parse full article, so that I can use it as varibale. I am attaching that csv file. please help.

Are you sure that your csv file contains a table?

Is there any way, any way I can use columns as well, maintaining data in single column is difficult.
I request Bas Developer to integrate Read from CSV file with coloumns as well. Than nothing would be better than this. Currently with ubot we can play with csv files very easily.

Hi, did you solve this problem? I also encountered this problem. The data in a table is separated by multiple commas, so BAS cannot determine the correct separation position.
