Do you have a server side only code? What is your ban policy?

Hello,

Can you please compare your BAS to Zennoposter in terms of ability to ban a user.

Do you have any private part of the software running in a cloud?
Can the source code you provide in premium be compiled and produce absolutely the same software as which is downloadable? Do you hide any required private scripts or something like it for building?
Can your BAS (including built from source) operate in an environment without Internet?

Zennoposter cannot work without its private cloud service, it requires at least a licensing connection to its cloud and I am not sure what is their ban policy.
