How to get mail date in correct format

Hello guys!

I need to get the date from yandex emails but I cant get it right.

Also the date on yandex emails is displayed in a format like "Sat, 13 Jun 2020 00:54:18 +0300", but I need to safe it like "2020-06-13 00:54:18"

Is there anyone here who can help? :)

On "Change Date" all options are -1
The month of June turns to 12. and the hour 00 to 12?

Is there anything to be aware of to prevent this from happening?

For "Change Date" and "Date to string" the results are identical
