BAS doesn't retain copied UTF-8 text form UTF-8 html page

    Hi,
    I'm getting some text from a web page that uses UTF-8 characters. The web page uses the <meta charset="UTF-8"> tag. But the text copied from the page by BAS it is not saved as UTF-8. Is there any option to tell BAS how to handle correctly the text?

    Ошибка такая же на http client`e любой GET запрос (другие не проверял), без заголовков. Но не вылетает bas в новом проекте, хотя в другом проекте вылетает (только в режиме запуска) и ошибки нет, только эти. Версия: 25.4.1. Скрины:

    Ошибка пишется в debug.txt, а какие то негативные последствия от этого есть? Поток закрывается или данные BAS не получает?
