    Hello,

    I am trying to submit information in several web directories (Manta, Agreatertown and Business Listing Plus) by using the FingerprintSwitcher functionality. Unfortunately I've encountered several issues - when I use only a single fingerprint in either Manta or Agreatertown it advances to the next step, but when clicking on the submit steps after it doesn't allow me to continue (either it says that access id denied/blocked or enters into endless check if my connection is secure) and therefore almost every time I have to go from one page to another have to use different Fingerprint. Business Listing Plus even with Fingerprint applied upon loading the page it enters into an endless check for my connection.

    Are there any additional settings for using a single fingerprint for the entire process?

    Hi,
    Try to turn off the ReCaptcha and HCaptcha modules.

    Unfortunately it's not possible as I need both modules enabled for use in other sites through the BAS
    And even when I use fingerprint switcher, sometimes after performing an action with a fingerprint applied I receive one of the following errors
    https://prnt.sc/gJNPx5QxyC0t - this appears during transition from one page to another in Agreatertown; It says that my access has been blocked even after applying fingerprint at certain point of the submit process
    https://prnt.sc/dkQqqk1_eE6y - in Manta sometimes appears this page when I try to get into the next step of submitting. Unfortunately this page, contianing a Captcha doesn't allow me to go to the next page and it generates another captcha.

    Are there any fingerprint settings that I can use in order to avoid these issues appering and are there possible settings to use a single fingerprint without the need to use different fingerprints for each step that requires moving from one page to another?
