Estimated time for obtaining PerfectCanvas

Hello,
Just signed up for the BAS Premium and a 3 month FPS key. Currently I'm trying to build my first bot with BAS and watched your video and the manual for how to implement the PerfectCanvas into my script.
At the moment I'm waiting since about 20 minutes to get 1 PerfectCanvas response. Started at postion 8 in queue and now I'm at nr. 2. Hope this is not the general response time to get the PerfectCanvas fingerprint for one site? ;) Are there currently some extraordinary delays or do I made something wrong with implementation after all?
