Screenshot not saving to file

Hi

After screenshot I write to file with save base64 checked. Nothing is in the folder. It's not saving anywhere. Anyone got advice? I do have onedrive setup and my file path always has that in it. Could that be the issue?

The user had a problem saving the file because he did not specify a file name with an extension, but only the path to the folder.
