SO I had this converter that worked with old version BAS native cookies and converted them to CHrome cookies. It no longer works with new BAS 24.1.1. I need a fix, or a new way to save Chrome cookies.

У BAS свой встроенный браузер, во внешнем Chrome тот что у вас на пк ничего создать не выйдет.
