How Can I COPY HTML TEXT/ RICH TEXT from a DOC File

Hello Everyone! I really need help , I can't figer out how i will be able to use the same formate as the DOCX/RICH text File.

I tried setting it on clipboard and then Control + V but doesn't work
What can i do. Please help
