How to loop .txt file ?

Hallo,
How to loop read file from .txt file ? So I have so many list .txt file and I want to write the content in .txt file on website, I success submit one content, but I have no I dea how to run next .txt list, does anybosy have an I dea ? please help
and how to write new .txt file from variable ? Thank you
