You meet this captcha when you try to log in to coinmarketcap.com. Its a slider captcha that looks like a Geetest captcha but it is not a Geetest captcha.
Suggestion has been made that the rembrandt.js library in the last example on this page: https://filipvitas.medium.com/how-to-bypass-slider-captcha-with-js-and-puppeteer-cd5e28105e3c can handle it. However, the example is using JS and Puppeteer. Anyone able to implement it for BAS and test it works can please chat me up here.
