I need to pass cloudlfare turnstile (which means recaptcha module needs to be off) then i need to enable recaptcha module, is that possible ?
The module cannot be turned on while you are running the program. You can use Captcha Custom module or an extension of any Captcha Solving Service to use

You can, for example, firstly check "Is element exist", and after that use "wait for element" if its not exist.
Or you can simply "wait" for max seconds - in your case 20 sec or whatever max waiting time is needed.
Or you can create a loop that checks for element until element shows on the page.
